Email Marketing Specialist
Lenovo's North America eCommerce organization is seeking a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to plan, develop, and execute email marketing campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, revenue, and customer loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to align with the NA eCommerce promotional calendar, including template designs, data personalization, copy, and calls-to-action.
- Ensure design, branding, and tone are consistent across all integrated email campaigns.
- Utilize Lenovo's marketing automation platform to maximize its impact on demand generation efforts.
- Lead email test strategies and methodologies to identify attributes of successful copy, offers, content types, and delivery tactics.
- Oversee and QA email campaign end-to-end workstream to ensure all elements of the campaign are accurate prior to launch.
- Manage tracking and reporting of campaign performance against defined benchmarks.
Requirements:
- 2 years of full-time relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree in design, marketing, business, or related field.
- 4 years of full-time relevant work experience with no advanced degree and a proven track record of executing successful B2C or B2B direct email marketing programs.
- Experience using marketing and sales technology, including marketing automation platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and results-oriented.
- Strong organizational, project management, analytical, and quantitative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and a creative mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to be a team player.
