Job Overview

The Visa Consulting and Analytics Team (VCA) is seeking a dedicated individual to provide comprehensive support within the South Cone region. The ideal candidate will engage proactively with team members, vendors, and various internal departments at Visa, overseeing all administrative functions and leading tasks pertinent to our organization.

This role is essential in delivering administrative and operational assistance to ensure the efficient functioning of a dynamic, results-oriented team. The selected candidate will also play a key role in managing logistics and operations for significant initiatives in the South Cone region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop insights and presentations by synthesizing diverse data sources into clear narratives that simplify complex subjects.
  • Analyze, prepare, and process work/purchase orders from vendors while maintaining effective communication.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across various functional areas (e.g., marketing, sales, risk, innovation) and global/regional teams to implement projects that utilize Visa's extensive resources.
  • Examine financial reports to ensure accurate expense matching and proper coding.
  • Ensure compliance with team members' initiatives, including contracts, business cases, travel, and corporate expenses, adhering to Visa's policies.
  • Coordinate executive communications, including managing calls, responding to inquiries, and interfacing with internal clients.
  • Organize meetings and appointments; secure venues and internal spaces for activities.
  • Arrange and oversee travel logistics and itineraries for designated team members.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports while tracking and reporting budget discrepancies and updates for the team.
  • Maintain an organized system for both paper and electronic documents in accordance with Visa's records management program.
  • Draft internal and external documents to support team operations.
  • Evaluate options, request proposals, secure events, and manage activities both internally and off-site.
  • Facilitate monthly internal meetings and events.
  • Uphold a high level of confidentiality in all matters.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess an associate degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of five years in a relevant role. Candidates should have prior experience managing budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook, is essential. The ability to communicate with discretion and professionalism in all interactions is required, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a customer service orientation and the ability to collaborate effectively with others. Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills, along with the capacity to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail, are crucial for this role.
