This high-level position leads our product management teams in strategy, roadmap formulation, and value realization. We seek an experienced leader to drive business outcomes through innovative products & solutions that meet evolving customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage a deep understanding of business and customer problems to define, develop, and launch products that meet market trends and business goals.
- Plan, organize, staff, direct, and control the day-to-day operations of the department, developing policies and programs as needed.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive multi-year product roadmap aligned with company strategic goals and segment/market trends.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, technology, operations, marketing, and sales, from ideation to launch.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in product management, strategy, operational improvement, and/or consulting or other relevant experience.
- 5 years of experience in a management or leadership role.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and launching innovative products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
