As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will be reporting to the Outbound Manager and will be responsible for overseeing the order preparation and dispatch activities for Ecommerce / Partner Program in our Escobar-based Distribution Center. This role requires strong leadership and management skills to lead and motivate the team.
The ideal candidate should have a University degree in Industrial, Logistics or Administration Engineering or related careers and at least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain logistics position. Experience in ecommerce operations is highly valued.
This role involves leading IT innovating initiatives to improve process flow and traceability, as well as generating inputs and outputs for sales team regarding forecast accuracy and deviations. Additionally, the successful candidate will partner with other departments to identify and implement process improvements.
We are looking for a results-oriented and project management-focused individual who can work collaboratively across functions to achieve business goals. The selected candidate will also be expected to analyze data and develop actionable insights to drive business decisions.
- Ecom OTIF (On Time In Full) ownership from DC side (preparation).
