Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled CRM Specialist with expertise in Klaviyo to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective customer engagement strategies, analyzing data, and optimizing campaigns.
Responsibilities:- Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns using Klaviyo
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
- Provide excellent customer service and support
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with Klaviyo in an email marketing or CRM role
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation and CRM strategies
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
