About the JobThis role is responsible for collecting, maintaining, and analyzing HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement. You'll work closely with senior management to prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations that inform strategic decisions.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field, along with 2-5 years of experience in HR Generalist roles with data analytics expertise. Knowledge of HR systems, such as Dayforce, workforce management, and TRESS, is a plus.
What You'll Do- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for enhancing HR processes and policies
- Collect and maintain HR data, including employee demographics, performance evaluations, compensation details, and turnover rates
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present HR data to stakeholders, including senior management
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- 2-5 years of previous HR Generalist experience, Data Analytics
- Knowledge in HR systems, such as Dayforce, workforce management, and TRESS
- Proficiency in English (Intermediate level)
