Role Overview:
As a key technical expert in UKG Pro WFM, you will cultivate relationships with essential business and technical stakeholders to assess, analyze, and develop solutions that meet intricate business needs and processes concerning API and Boomi integration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all stages of UKG Pro WFM Software implementation, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment, adhering to industry standards and UKG best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to pinpoint integration best practices, enhance processes, and mobilize resources to achieve timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality outcomes.
- Proactively detect project challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Provide expert guidance for tool setup and implementation, ensuring the successful and sustainable operation of the UKG Pro WFM integration platform and associated technologies.

Essential Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with a thorough understanding of HCM and HR/payroll processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in API/service technologies (REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, etc.).
- Experience with Dell Boomi components, connectors, Application Source Qualifier, Mapping Designer, and Transformations.
- Familiarity with UKG Pro integration hub, including troubleshooting data issues, reporting, analytics, and security configurations.
- Relevant experience in Implementation, Roll Out, Upgrade, and Support projects related to UKG Pro WFM Applications.
- Knowledgeable in Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps methodologies.

Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience with UKG Integrations (including WIM and Boomi).
- Boomi Professional Certifications (Integration Developer Path).
