Serves as a UKG Pro WFM technical specialist, building relationships with key business and technical team members to identify, analyze, and devise solutions to address complex business requirements and processes related to all areas of API and Boomi integration.
Able to take charge of all phases of a UKG Pro WFM Software implementation requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment using industry and UKG best practices Collaborates with stakeholders to identify integration best practices, implement process improvements, and drives resources to deliver outcomes on time, within budget and with exceptional quality.
Proactively identifies project issues and recommend viable solutions Provides content expertise for tool set up and implementation ensuring successful and sustainable execution of the UKG Pro WFM integration platform and technologies

**Requirements**:

- Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of HCM, and HR / payroll processes
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with API/service technologies (REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, etc.)
- Experience in Dell Boomi components, connectors, Application Source Qualifier, Mapping Designer and Transformations
- Experience in UKH Pro integration hub Experience in troubleshooting Data issues / Corrections, Reporting and Analytics and Security configs and changes
- Relevant experience in Implementation, Roll Out, Upgrade and Support projects related to UKG Pro WFM Applications
- Must be knowledgeable in Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps methodologies

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience with UKG Integrations (including WIM and Boomi).
- Boomi Professional Certifications (Integration Developer Path)
