You'll be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, utilizing CRM tools to track and manage leads, and collaborating with our sales team to close deals.

Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate high-quality leads within the IT industry
- Investigate and identify key decision-makers (HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Specialists, C-level Executives)
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads
- Qualify leads based on established criteria
- Make initial contact and schedule meetings for our sales team
- Closing deals with potential clients
- 1+ year of experience in lead generation or sales, preferably in IT or HR services
- Strong understanding of the IT industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
