Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate high-quality leads within the IT industry
  • Investigate and identify key decision-makers (HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Specialists, C-level Executives)
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria
  • Make initial contact and schedule meetings for our sales team
  • Closing deals with potential clients
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in lead generation or sales, preferably in IT or HR services
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
