Requirements- Around 10 years of experience in an HR Leadership role, preferably in a global organisation
- Solid experience with HR tools, processes, functions, and best practices
- Experience with HR metrics and analysis
- Knowledge of labor legislation in LATAM
- Experience leading and overseeing large and complex teams
