Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate job offer terms and conditions.
  • Identify trends in talent acquisition, analyze our competitors, and devise strategies to attract quality candidates.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, which encompasses sourcing, screening, testing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates for various job levels.
  • Review and refine job descriptions to draw in top-tier candidates.
  • Proactively search for potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, referrals, and recommendations.
  • Compile regular reports on recruitment activities.
  • Utilize diverse methods to promote job openings, ensuring job descriptions are compelling to attract the best talent.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Headhunter, Recruiter, or in a similar capacity.
  • Comprehensive understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition methodologies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with effective organizational and time management abilities.
  • Operate with integrity and maintain high confidentiality standards, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong sense of accountability, with motivation and persistence in achieving objectives.
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques across social media, specialized professional websites, and recruitment tools.
  • Robust decision-making capabilities.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality concerning candidate information.
