Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate job offer terms and conditions.

- Oversee the recruitment process, which encompasses sourcing, screening, testing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates for various job levels.
- Review and refine job descriptions to draw in top-tier candidates.
- Proactively search for potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, referrals, and recommendations.
- Compile regular reports on recruitment activities.
- Utilize diverse methods to promote job openings, ensuring job descriptions are compelling to attract the best talent.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a Headhunter, Recruiter, or in a similar capacity.
- Comprehensive understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition methodologies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with effective organizational and time management abilities.
- Operate with integrity and maintain high confidentiality standards, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Strong sense of accountability, with motivation and persistence in achieving objectives.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques across social media, specialized professional websites, and recruitment tools.
- Robust decision-making capabilities.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality concerning candidate information.
