Account Leader Shale-Neuquén

Drive sales growth in the Shale region by developing and executing strategies to penetrate new accounts and expand existing ones. Establish credibility and build high-level relationships with end-users, operators, and EPCs. Collaborate with account leaders in Argentina and global accounts to achieve sales quotas and develop the territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales quotas and grow the territory.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers to understand their needs and concerns.
- Represent Emerson in the Neuquén area to support customer operations and develop new business opportunities.
- Supervise major projects and participate in project pursuit activities to ensure successful project execution.
- Stay up-to-date on Emerson's product portfolio and communicate its value to customers.
- Work closely with other areas to ensure excellence in operations through coordination with execution teams, logistics, and finance.
- Participate in local oil and gas associations and activities to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers through face-to-face interactions and regular communication.
- Strong leadership and sales management skills.
- Engineering degree or similar, with specialization in instrumentation, valves, and process control.
- Experience leading sales efforts, projects, and strategies implementation, as well as closing alliances or agreements.
- Availability to travel constantly to visit clients and oilfields, seeking out new business while maintaining and growing existing business.
- Proficient in English and Spanish.
- 5+ years of sales experience.
- Working experience with O&G operators and/or engineering contractors.
