Drive sales growth in the Shale region by developing and executing strategies to penetrate new accounts and expand existing ones. Establish credibility and build high-level relationships with end-users, operators, and EPCs. Collaborate with account leaders in Argentina and global accounts to achieve sales quotas and develop the territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales quotas and grow the territory.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Represent Emerson in the Neuquén area to support customer operations and develop new business opportunities.
  • Supervise major projects and participate in project pursuit activities to ensure successful project execution.
  • Stay up-to-date on Emerson's product portfolio and communicate its value to customers.
  • Work closely with other areas to ensure excellence in operations through coordination with execution teams, logistics, and finance.
  • Participate in local oil and gas associations and activities to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers through face-to-face interactions and regular communication.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and sales management skills.
  • Engineering degree or similar, with specialization in instrumentation, valves, and process control.
  • Experience leading sales efforts, projects, and strategies implementation, as well as closing alliances or agreements.
  • Availability to travel constantly to visit clients and oilfields, seeking out new business while maintaining and growing existing business.
  • Proficient in English and Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of sales experience.
  • Working experience with O&G operators and/or engineering contractors.
