Job Title: Customer Support Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Expert to join our team at ApproveMe, LLC. This is a full-time remote position that requires excellent communication skills, technical knowledge, and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve technical issues related to WP E-Signature plugin
- Assist users in getting familiar with the plugin's features and functionality
- Facilitate tasks related to sales, billing, user, and site management
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
