The Role

Captivateiq is looking for talented and motivated individuals who can effectively articulate how our solutions drive business transformation and meet customer needs.

We're dedicated to delivering impactful results through technology-enabled business transformation. To achieve this, we need individuals who can develop deep insights into strategic customers' business dynamics and shape their change agenda.

You will work closely with our commercial sales teams on the most strategic accounts in Argentina, Colombia, and Chile. Specifically, this role focuses on strategic deal support through investment justifications, business cases, value-based proposals, and account strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with enterprise sales teams to define account strategies that drive business growth
  • Develop and prioritize sales initiatives based on customer needs and strategic priorities
  • Create compelling investment justifications and business cases to secure customer funding for Captivateiq solutions
  • Work closely with account teams and customers to identify key business value drivers
  • Articulate how our solutions drive digital transformation and meet customer goals
  • Create attractive deal structures and articulate the value of proposals
  • Deliver C-level presentations as the basis for strategic technology decisions
  • Structure deal negotiations and proposals to maximize revenue growth and close large deals

Experience/Skills Required:

  • At least 4+ years of experience in corporate, business, and operational strategy gained at a top-tier consulting firm
  • MBA degree from a top school highly preferred
  • Strong problem structuring and solving skills essential
  • Ability to create, quantify insights, and effectively communicate recommendations to CxOs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams to tight deadlines
  • Self-starter, high energy, comfortable running initiatives in a fast-paced software company
  • Exposure to technology business development or marketing highly desirable
  • Commercial drive, experience dealing with sales people and sales leaders preferred
  • Fluency in English with additional languages being a plus (especially Portuguese)
