About the Job

We are looking for a skilled Field Marketing Representative to support marketing operations for North and Latin America. As a key member of our Global Marketing team, you will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to deliver impactful lead generation and brand awareness programs for your markets.

Your responsibilities will include adapting globally produced content and campaigns, creating locally-initiated inbound marketing campaigns, and managing Onclusive's presence at relevant industry events. You will also work with local partners to participate in joint activities or promotions to generate new business leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will develop and adapt digital campaigns (e.g. LinkedIn, display ads, Google ads) to optimize lead generation and compete effectively against competitors.
  • You will translate and localize marketing assets and campaigns to ensure messaging is relevant and clear for the local market audience.
  • You will set up email campaigns and nurturing sequences using Pardot and Hubspot, collaborating with the growth marketing team to ensure accurate segmentation and correct use of templates and assets.
  • You will identify and maximize our presence at relevant local industry events to raise awareness and capture leads.
  • You will deliver own hosted events (including webinars), managing all logistics and leading the end-to-end planning, delivery, and post-event review.
