We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Credit Client Services team as a Credit Rating Support Specialist.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries for ratings, and providing timely and quality support for our credit-based products.
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to inquiries for ratings clients.
- Provide professional, timely, quality support of our credit-based products.
- Record accurate and timely tracking of client issues within our Client Relationship Management system.
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics or related field.
- Fluency in English and Spanish at advanced level (written and oral).
