Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our team at Sagan Recruitment. This is a remote position, and the ideal candidate will be able to work independently as well as collaborate with our internal teams.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging email campaigns for our clients in the travel, accommodation, and vacation rental industries. You will work closely with our internal teams to align email campaigns with broader client marketing initiatives.

  • Build and send email newsletters using Mailchimp, ensuring they align with each client's brand and voice.
  • Write clear, engaging, and action-oriented email copy tailored to specific client audiences.
  • Manage client email lists, including segmentation, cleaning, and engagement strategies.
  • Track campaign performance, analyzing key metrics (open rates, CTR, etc.) and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure email campaigns meet client expectations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience managing email marketing campaigns, particularly in Mailchimp.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills with a focus on persuasive and engaging email copy.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for content planning and collaboration.
