About the Role:
We're looking for a highly skilled Product Owner to join our team at Kimberly-Clark.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to shape the product backlog based on the product vision and strategy.
- Develop and maintain effective release plans, setting goals in coordination with Product Managers and delivery teams.
- Set clear priorities, craft sprint goals with the Scrum team, and support them in delivering committed value while addressing any impediments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, translating them into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring that the highest value features are prioritized and delivered.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure that requirements are fully understood, and that the product is delivered to meet customer expectations.
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that the product provides a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and iterate on the product to continually improve its value.
- Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews, to ensure effective product delivery.
- Ensure that all product features comply with relevant data privacy regulations, such as CPRA/CCPA and GDPR.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure product compliance.
Key Qualifications and Experiences:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, with a focus on B2B websites and digital products.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce strategies, particularly within the B2B space.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements.
- Deep experience with CMS Platforms and developing digital experiences through them, specifically Sitecore CMS.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with tools such as JIRA or Azure Boards.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification preferred.
- In-depth understanding of data privacy laws like CPRA/CCPA, GDPR, and their application in digital products.
