Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Compensations Analyst to join our team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This role involves designing, implementing, and managing compensation programs to attract and retain top talent. The successful candidate will conduct market research, analyze data, and ensure compliance with regulations to maintain competitive and fair compensation practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage compensation for LATAM region, leveraging experience in other countries as a valuable asset.
  • Engage effectively with internal stakeholders to align salaries and benefits with our policies.
  • Manage merit and bonus cycles at a regional level, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Conduct salary surveys, benchmarking, and modeling to establish new salary ranges.
  • Benchmark and structure salary proposals for RFPs and RFIs, driving business growth through informed decision-making.
  • Handle collective bargaining agreements (labor unions) primarily for Brazil, Mexico, and Argentina, maintaining positive relationships with union representatives.
  • Manage job moves, offcycles, and promotions to align salaries with our policies, promoting fairness and equity.
  • Conduct gender pay equity analysis, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
  • Manage profit-sharing (PPR) for Brazil and Mexico, ensuring employees understand the benefits of our compensation programs.
  • Integrate compensation structures post-merger (M&A harmonization), driving cultural alignment and business growth.
  • Manage compensation for international assignments (expatriation process), supporting global mobility and talent development.
  • Provide payroll inputs and experience with HCM systems (Workday is a plus), ensuring seamless integration and efficient operations.
Necessary Skills and Experience:
  • At least 4 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related field, with a strong technical understanding of compensation structures and market analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with compensation management software and HRIS systems, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • English proficiency: Upper intermediate and above, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excel proficiency: Strong Excel skills are essential, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF formulas, and people budget planning experience.
