Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Developer to join our team and drive our US product expansion and growth strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for researching and developing new products and suppliers in the US market, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
Responsibilities
- Research and develop new products and suppliers in the US market.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, operations) and external suppliers to manage the end-to-end product development process.
- Create and maintain detailed project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
- Explore opportunities to expand into new product categories or enhance existing ones.
- Use data to forecast product demand and optimize inventory planning.
- Stay updated on e-commerce and POD industry innovations to keep the brand competitive.
What You Need
- 3+ years of experience in product research / development and supply chain, ideally within e-commerce, print-on-demand (POD), or DTC businesses in the US market.
- Experience with personalized or custom products is beneficial.
- Proven track record of successfully launching products from concept to market.
- Technical understanding of production processes, operations, and print technologies (like sublimation and digital printing) is an advantage.
- Project management skills with experience using tools like Asana or similar platforms.
- Strong communication skills and fluent English.
