We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Chef and Breakfast Specialist to join our team at Snowhotel Kirkenes in Norway. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious meals to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality breakfast and lunch dishes to our guests
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance our culinary offerings
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef and Breakfast Specialist in a similar environment
  • Strong culinary skills, with the ability to prepare a variety of dishes and menus
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
