Service Implementation Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Implementation Coordinator to join our team at Philips Iberica SAU. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing people-management and strategic leadership to employees and teams responsible for the delivery of implementation, adoption, optimization, and professional services within the healthcare market.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development and Growth
Work closely with account teams to help close business and grow professional services revenue.
Customer Liaison and SupportLiaise between customers, R&D, product management, sales, customer support, and technical services to resolve product, status, and service inquiries.
Escalation ManagementManage escalations when necessary, ensuring service recovery and other actions to resolve service-related issues.
Team Management and DevelopmentSelect, develop, and evaluate personnel.
Customer Satisfaction and SuccessContinually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, deepen customer relationships, and enhance customer success.
Market Understanding and AdaptationUnderstand local customers' environments, local challenges, and regulations to ensure overall customer success with our solutions, products, and services.
Collaboration and InnovationCollaborate with product & BG teams to build technology & services that drive customer success, reduce cost of delivery, increase automation, decrease customer effort, and enhance solutions.
Practice Management and VisionManage the Professional Services practice and/or sub-functions to an agreed set of metrics, helping to set the vision for its evolution.
Team Goal Setting and OversightSet measurable goals and expectations for team members and help them be successful.
Service Delivery OversightProvide service and/or solution delivery oversight to ensure all project management and/or delivery standard processes are followed.
Requirements- Project Management Experience
5 years managing projects in RIS/PACS technology or healthcare technology.
Business and People ManagementPeople and business management experience (P&L Management, forecast reporting, and strategic planning).
Project Management KnowledgeProject Management knowledge.
Healthcare Technology ExperienceExperience in healthcare technology companies.
Continuous ImprovementKnowledge in Continuous Improvement Methodologies.
Education and CertificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field in Healthcare Technology.
Additional CertificationsPMP certification and/or ITIL Foundations is a plus.
