Job Description:

The Global IT Service Delivery Lead will play a critical role in shaping the future of IT at Kimberly-Clark. As a member of the leadership team, this individual will be responsible for defining and implementing the company's IT strategy, driving business growth, and improving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead a team of IT professionals to deliver high-quality IT services and projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements and needs.
  • Manage and oversee the implementation of new technologies and systems.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leaders, IT vendors, and suppliers.

Requirements:
  • Advanced degree (B.S./B.A.), with a total of 7-10+ years of work experience in the related field.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and project management skills, including an ability to communicate effectively at an executive level.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage work and trade-offs against critical timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Build a strong internal and external network of personal relationships to identify issues and opportunities and provide positive, best-in-class perspectives to others (e.g., executive team).
  • Experience in managing service delivery using multiple IT services through an off-shore model.
  • Experience and knowledge in developing strategic planning, leadership, and organization delivery across a Global Enterprise.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Ability to work in a virtual team that may work across distances (remote), cultures, and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines, and may extend outside the K-C organization including suppliers, partners, and customers.
  • Verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory.
