Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Nurse with excellent communication skills to join our medi-spa team. As a Nurse and Medi-Spa Service Promoter, you will be responsible for administering intravenous therapies and nutrient injections to our onboard guests. You will also promote our medi-spa services to meet revenue targets, working closely with the Spa Manager to achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer intravenous therapies and nutrient injections to onboard guests
- Promote medi-spa services to meet revenue targets
- Work closely with the Spa Manager to achieve sales goals
- Provide consistent professional nurse-spa services and treatments in accordance with OneSpaWorld's medi-spa protocols
- Conduct patient follow-up as required
- Be flexible with scheduling to support the needs of the spa and guests
- Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product/supplies to assist with cost control
- Foster positive relationships with guests and colleagues alike
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Completed Nurse education and hold a Nurse degree from a recognized college or university
- Hold a current valid Nurse license
- Fluency in English
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work without direct supervision and actively promote services to guests
- Excellent customer service skills
