Job Summary
We are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of Subcontractor Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing subcontractor compliance, identifying requirements and objectives, and working closely with the project department to ensure project continuity.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing subcontractor compliance: identify requirements and objectives;
- FOLLOW UP ON PURCHASE ORDER COMPLIANCE AND SUBCONTRACTOR RESOURCE MANAGEMENT;
- Work closely with the project department to ensure project continuity;
- Provide support in problematic situations that may arise between contractors and projects.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a graduate degree in International Trade/Business Administration/Engineering or a related field. You will also need to have advanced conversational English skills, minimum 2 years of experience in similar functions, and knowledge in the telecommunications field (desirable). Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.
