Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled professional to construct basic insurance policy contracts and invoices in accordance with negotiated terms and conditions, territory requirements, and company compliance. The ideal candidate will assist team members in ensuring timely processing of underwriters and invoicing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Constructing insurance policy contracts and invoices
- Assisting team members with underwriter and invoicing processing
- Providing high-quality customer service for internal and external client needs
- Creating master policies and associated documents
- Collecting, reviewing, and processing prospect/client locations and values in corporate systems
- Maintaining client and broker contact information and document distribution instructions
- Following corporate procedures, guidelines, and governance for processing of insurance deliverables
Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess:
- A high school diploma or GED
- At least one year of experience in an office environment, preferably within an insurance, finance, or regulatory environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
- Proficiency in English is required; multiple language skills are preferred
