Job DescriptionThis role involves providing administrative assistance to the SDH Team, preparing workload reports, managing the Shared Mailbox, and supporting contract creation for On-Premise Licenses & Cloud Subscriptions. You will also provide active quarter-end and year-end close support to the North America sales community in a dynamically driven environment.
Responsibilities- Assist the SDH Team with administrative tasks.
- Prepare reports about workload and manage the Shared Mailbox.
- Support Contract Creation for On-Premise Licenses & Cloud Subscriptions.
- Deal Support: Provide active quarter-end and year-end close support to the North America sales community in a dynamically driven environment.
- Assist in projects to address long-term issues with commercial processes and drive efficiencies.
- You must be a University student preferably graduating end of 2025 or mid 2026.
- PREFERRED fields of study: Legal, Finance, Accounting, Business.
- Computer skills: MS Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Language skills: English - Advanced.
- Experience with SAP systems is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Able to express ideas clearly and confidently in speech and writing.
- Team Player: Work confidently within a group.
- Able to act on initiative, identify opportunities & proactive in putting forward ideas & solutions.
- Determination to get things done. Make things happen & constantly looking for better ways of doing things.

- Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and able to work on very tight deadlines, especially quarter end close.
