Sovos is looking for a highly motivated SaaS Renewal Specialist to join our dynamic team in Tucumán.

The Job Description:

You will be responsible for managing SaaS customer renewals, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying upsell opportunities.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in customer organizations.
  • Lead renewal negotiations using best practices to enhance the customer experience.
  • Partner with internal teams, including Account Management and Customer Success, to create effective retention strategies.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Ensure operational efficiency and accurately forecast renewals.
Requirements
  1. 1-3 years of experience in renewals, account management, customer success, or a related field, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
  2. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  3. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
  4. Ability to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  6. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  8. Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to track renewals and customer interactions.
  9. Ability to analyze customer data to forecast renewals and identify risk factors.
  10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or equivalent productivity tools.
