**The Work You'll Do**:
Are you a skilled communicator with a knack for building relationships and driving results? Do you have experience in account management or renewals, and speak Portuguese? If so, we’d love to meet you
Sovos is looking for a Renewals Specialist to join our dynamic team in Tucumán As part of our Renewals team, you’ll play a crucial role in managing SaaS customer renewals, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying upsell opportunities.
- More specifically, you will:_
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in customer organizations.
- Lead renewal negotiations using best practices to enhance the customer experience.
- Partner with internal teams, including Account Management and Customer Success, to create effective retention strategies.
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
- Ensure operational efficiency and accurately forecast renewals.
**What We Need From You**
- 1-3 years of experience in renewals, account management, customer success, or a related field, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
- Ability to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Strong English proficiency is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to track renewals and customer interactions.
- Ability to analyze customer data to forecast renewals and identify risk factors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or equivalent productivity tools.
