**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliant and optimized performance reporting and statutory/tax statements.
This role involves driving cost-effective, standardized global finance processes, ensuring compliance and operational excellence, and managing accurate reporting. As the main contact for finance controlling and accounting matters, the Financial Controller will oversee financial control for one or more entities.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field and minimum 5-7 years' experience in a Corporate Finance role using SAP. Fluency in English is required, with excellent Excel and Microsoft Suite products skills.
**Responsibilities and Requirements:**
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly/year-end reporting according to Grundfos GAAP as well as statutory financial statements for legal entities.
- Deliver accurate and timely monthly/year-end reporting on Performance Unit and Profit Center level with adherence to all Finance and Performance Management guidelines and procedures.
- Champion harmonization, efficiency, and effectiveness of global finance controlling/accounting processes, statutory compliance processes, and internal control processes.
