The Total Rewards Coordinator Lead will play a key role in administering payroll processes across international markets, including Latin America, the US, and Europe.
Key responsibilities include maintaining and updating changes related to total rewards within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring accuracy and data integrity in all compensation and payroll-related records.
You will also assist in preparing, analyzing, and maintaining payroll reports, providing insights and recommendations based on payroll data to improve processes and efficiency.
A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred, along with 2-3 years of experience in payroll administration. Solid knowledge of standard payroll concepts, practices, and procedures is essential.
You must have advanced working knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, v-lookup, conditional formatting, etc. Familiarity with international payroll platforms and providers is a plus.
