About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Credit Recovery Specialist to join our team in San Juan, Manila.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to improve the collection of outstanding credit. You will also oversee staff members and ensure the accurate and timely invoicing of customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Fintech Operations and an understanding of the Credit Customer Lifecycle Process. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The key qualifications for this role include:

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in credit recovery or a related field.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Legal Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
