**Formación**: Contar con carrera de grado en Ingeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica, Electrónica, Electromecánica, Industrial o Licenciaturas relacionadas con el sector. Especializaciones en Mantenimiento o posgrados serán valorado.

**Experiência laboral**:3 años o más de experiência, con capacidad demostrada para implementar, ejecutar y garantizar el cumplimiento de estrategias de Mantenimiento y Gestión de Personas, estandarizar e implementar procesos y procedimiento. Experiência relevante en manejo de indicadores, generación y análisis de reportes. Experiência en áreas Administrativas, Producción y Operaciones

**Conocimientos**:Manejo de SAP o software de gestión de Mantenimiento.
