Nos encontramos en búsqueda de una persona dinámica para el puesto de Facility Coordinator para unirse a nuestro equipo:
**Zona de trabajo**: Olivos, Vicente López, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
**Horario de trabajo**: Lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 18:00 hs.
**Modalidad de trabajo**: Presencial.
**Tipo de contratación**: Tiempo indeterminado.
Este rol se encuentra ubicado en Front Desk gestionando la documentación de ingreso de proveedores, remises y mensajería. Así también, es responsable de velar por el correcto funcionamiento del sitio, coordinando y supervisando proveedores y manteniendo la satisfacción del cliente.
¿Cuál es tu día a día?
Gestión de documentación de proveedores, remises y mensajerías.
Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento del sitio asignado, en cuanto a soft y hard servicies. Coordinar y supervisar proveedores de limpieza, cafetería, así como el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de equipos de refrigeración, partes eléctricas, sistemas contra incendio. Solicitud de insumos de oficina y EPP.
Ejecución de reporte mensual en ingles y presentación en español.
Inspección del site y sus bienes reportando proactivamente a su manager las deficiencias o áreas de mejora.
Asistir al Facility Manager con reportes de budget, conciliación de facturas, creación de órdenes de compra, reciclado, procurando todos los implementos necesarios para un desarrollo exitoso de la operación.
Mantener el nível de satisfacción del cliente en el área de Facility Management y dar soporte a los programas para incrementar la satisfacción.
Dar soporte en normas de Higiene ocupacional y salud ambiental, manteniendo métricas en la plataforma AIMS.
Alcanzar Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), monitorear el nível de respuesta (SLAs) de todos los servicios y proveedores mensualmente con el fin de identificar potenciales desafíos y planes correctivos.
Experiência y habilidades técnicas deseadas
Excel
Inglés intermedio
Experiência en facilities management.
Se requiere
Estudiantes o graduados de carrera universitaria.
2-3 años de experiência en gestión de mantenimiento de oficina.
Disponibilidad 24*7 para atender emergencias.
