Right now, we are looking for a **Content & Social** to join our Digital Marketing Studio. This Studio uses modern product management techniques to ensure products solve the right problems, meet user expectations, and achieve business value.
**You will get the chance to**:
- Develop a variety of medical content assets, including blog posts, ads, scientific briefs, slide decks, infographics and videos scripts, and other engaging formats for use on Pharma's owned, earned, and paid channels.
- Partner with medical teams to ensure that content reflects the latest scientific insights, aligns with medical strategies, and presents balanced, factual information.
- Stay updated on emerging research, medical trends, and competitor activity to inform content development.
- Translate complex scientific and medical information into clear, easy-to-understand language suitable for HCP audiences, maintaining scientific accuracy.
- Edit and proofread content for clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Iterate key scientific messages aligned to the brand and market strategy, landscape and evolving situation.
- Create and manage an editorial calendar aligned with Pharma's events, initiatives, and key industry trends.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all content.
- Work with the team to select the most appropriate channels for content dissemination, maximizing reach and impact.
- Track content engagement and performance metrics, providing insights to refine content strategy for the HCP audience.
- Submit content to Veeva Pharma's platform for MLR review to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Update and manage content within the CMS (Pharma.PRO) system.
**What will help you succeed**:
- Minimum MSC or PhD, PharmD, DNP, or MD, or equivalent with relevant scientific or medical background.
- Proven expertise in a specific therapeutic area and an understanding of clinical research methodologies.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt complex information to various formats and audiences.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Experience as Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) in pharma
- Experience in medical communications, medical writing, or scientific content development within a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with medical review and approval processes.
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies and content optimization for online channels
