Se trata de un rol clave para impulsar una cultura de crecimiento, colaboración y bienestar. Vas a conectar el talento con la visión de negocio, promoviendo el desarrollo del equipo y asegurando un sentido de pertenencia y propósito para todos.

**Responsabilidades clave**:

- Diseñar y liderar iniciativas para fortalecer la cultura organizacional.
- Gestionar procesos de evaluación y desarrollo de talento.
- Implementar estrategias de bienestar y crecimiento del equipo.
- Definir y gestionar políticas de compensación y sueldos que aseguren equidad y competitividad.
- Fomentar un ambiente de confianza y transparencia.

- Como Head of People & Culture, liderarás iniciativas claves que abarcan estrategia, talento, cultura y operaciones:_

**Estrategia del Negocio**

Llevar adelante proyectos estratégicos ad-hoc impulsados por los socios de Aerolab, que pueden ir variando de un año al otro.

Comprender y analizar el impacto de las decisiones y los procesos en el negocio de Aerolab.

Diseñar y administrar el budget anual para el área.

Construir relaciones de confianza con actores clave de la organización y con sus reportes directos.

Participar activamente en reuniones estratégicas del equipo de Directores y Líderes.

**Gestión de Talento**

Diseñar y monitorear un proceso de selección que garantice el cumplimiento del equipo necesario para la operación de Aerolab.

Detectar necesidades de talento y liderar la creación de nuevos roles clave para fortalecer la operación e impulsar la estrategia de la empresa.

Liderar el análisis y diseño de la estructura de compensaciones y las proyecciones salariales, considerando equidad interna y benchmarks de mercado.

Diseñar e implementar el proceso de onboarding y offboarding, mejorando continuamente la experiência de las personas y alineándola con los objetivos del negocio.

Liderar el programa de desarrollo individual, estableciendo objetivos concretos para cada persona y asegurando el seguimiento.

**Cultura y Liderazgo**

Liderar el equipo de People, adaptando el acompañamiento a las necesidades específicas de cada persona.

Diseñar y coordinar capacitaciones internas y externas alineadas con las necesidades del negocio.

Promover eventos, iniciativas y acciones que fortalezcan la interacción y conexión entre los Aerolabers.

Diseñar y comunicar de manera efectiva políticas, procesos y beneficios con creatividad y alto impacto.

Representar los valores de Aerolab y fomentar su incorporación en todo el equipo.

Escuchar activamente ideas de mejora, conflictos y consultas, asegurando que se resuelvan en tiempo y forma.

**Operaciones y Mejora Continua**

Realizar el seguimiento del proceso de payroll, asegurando el cumplimiento de las fechas pactadas a nível legal y contable.

Asegurar el cumplimiento de normas legales vigentes dentro del área.

Ser owner del cuidado y mantenimiento de la oficina ubicada en Palermo (CABA).

Diseñar y mantener actualizados los documentos de “Buenas prácticas” del área, compartiéndolos con el resto del equipo mediante la Wiki y el Onboarding.

Ser owner de todo el proceso de certificación y recertificacion de BCorp.

Identificar oportunidades para simplificar procesos y buscar activamente feedback para implementar mejoras.

**¿Que buscamos para el rol?**

Una persona con al menos **10 años de experiência** trabajando en People/HR, conocimientos de leyes laborales de Argentina, y al menos **2 años liderando** un equipo multidisciplinario.

**Nível intermedio/avanzado de inglés** (mínimo requerido B2) que le permita comunicarse con clientes, auditores, agencias y otros stakeholders del negocio de Aerolab.

Experiência previa en **industrias digitales** y con equipos que trabajen de forma **remota**.

Cuenta con experiência en **análisis de datos, métricas de rendimiento** y con una formación en **coaching o liderazgo organizacional.**

**Posición remota, pero con residencia en CABA o alrededores** (Provincia de Buenos Aires) para asistir a eventos y reuniones presenciales cuando sea necesario.
