**Ubicación**: Presencial en Córdoba.
**Horario**: Disponibilidad lunes a viernes entre 7 AM, hasta las 8 PM (Eastern time).
**Remuneración**: 950 USD mensuales - Modalidad contractor.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Diagnosticar y solucionar incidentes relacionados con internet, fibra óptica, Wi-Fi, equipos de escritorio, correo electrónico y hosting.
- Brindar soporte técnico excepcional a clientes residenciales y pequeñas empresas.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con otros departamentos para resolver problemas de infraestructura.
- Mantenerse actualizado sobre las últimas tecnologías y procedimientos operativos.
**Requisitos**:
- **Experiência mínima de 3 años como Agente de Soporte Técnico, preferiblemente **en una empresa de **telecomunicaciones.**:
- **Inglés avanzado (B2+/C1).**:
- Conocimiento de VoIP, cableado de redes, topologías de red y sistemas operativos es un plus.
- Habilidades de diagnóstico y resolución de problemas.
- Orientación al cliente y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.
