Sales Development Representative

**Responsibilities**:
- Answering inquiries from potential new clients and facilitating service appointments and other requirements.
- Building strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Carrying out effective, efficient operating and administrative policies
- Creating and editing professional documents.
- Setting appointments for the executive team with prospective clients
**Requirements**:
- Attention to detail is an absolute MUST.
- Outstanding Customer Service Skills.
- Consistent punctuality, reliability, friendliness, and professionalism even while under pressure.
- Excellent Microsoft computer skills and proficiency in Google Calendar, Google Docs, Excel and Word.
- Ability to handle multiple requests and inquiries in a professional, friendly, and upbeat manner.
- Positive and self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills - interpersonal, written, verbal.
- Flexible team player - willing to learn new tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of work.
- Must be a problem solver and address issues in a timely manner.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday 8am-5pm PST
**Experience**:
- Appointment Setting (1 year)
- Outbound Sales Experience (preferred)
Pay: $920,300.00 - $1,073,400.00 per month
