**In this role you will**:

- Safeguard quality at all times and work together with QA testers. Layout, typography, and color are elements that will quickly become your best friends in this project.
- Make sure that designs adhere to guidelines, are consistent across formats, and look pixel perfect in any dimension.
- Be a master collaborator. Not just with other monks, but with the client as well.
- Help to direct the very things that will be produced, always helping to make sure that the work we produce meets the client's strategy, brand, creative goals, and expectations.
- Animate assets for social media and various interfaces and create/optimize templates for production that help our global animation team.
- Animate campaign and social content for a top-name brand.
- Give exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving, and coping with rapid change.
- Team up with top-notch artists, creative directors, producers and illustrators to create world wide content.
- Being comfortable with the uncomfortable is a must.

**Experience you already have**
- You have 1 - 4 years of experience as an motion & graphic designer. Bonus if you do 3D animation or 2D character animation. Online portfolio and/or work samples are required for consideration.
- You're experienced working in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- You know how to keep your files and folders super organized.
- You are able to translate briefs and copy into flawless pieces of work.
- Next to the language of motion, you can make yourself clear in English too, because the job's not just about technical artistry.
- You can work independently and excel as part of a team, skillfully sharing your progress, problems and pitfalls with the team alongside your favorite GIFs.
- To excel in this role, you have to be a team player, skilled in communicating problems and progress, and practiced in working together with juniors and seniors alike.
