Media.Monks is looking for an allround adaptation print designer who wants to advance their asset-designing skills. In this role, you'll be part of a client team that's dedicated to producing advertising assets on a global scale for a big international brand. This contains mostly print but also covers digital assets as well.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- You'll specialize in asset design for branding, print and logo design.
- You'll work as part of a global client team of designers, illustrators, animators and art directors that produces work across time zones.
- Your job is about combining speed, style and scale to produce loads of good-looking assets, with the right quality for the publication purpose, at a steady pace.
- You go above and beyond the brief to push what's possible when it comes to digital designs and aesthetics.
- You make sure that designs adhere to guidelines, are consistent across formats and look pixel perfect in any dimension.

**Requirements**:

- For this role, we're looking for a print designer with at least 3 years experience in CI branding and print design.
- The role focus is on graphic design adaptation but as we expect to have a broader scope in time it is beneficial when you can contribute to all the different stages of the production process: from concept setting styles and finalizing layouts, to cutting formats, language versioning and print ready delivery with the right color and export profiles.
- Prepare and process documents and other materials for print like press ads, POS materials, brochures and OOH marketing assets don't have any technical pitfalls for you.
- You have an eye for detail while handling the layout and you have the ability to proofread pages, identify and correct issues and perform revisions.
- You know how to keep your files, layers and folders super-organized.
- You can play the advisory role for creatives when it comes to technical design possibilities and output needs.
- As showcased in your portfolio, you have solid Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator skills (Adobe CS). Interest in design developments, design automation/scripts and or AI tools is a pré.
- You can take charge of small/medium tasks independently, and take on bigger assignments with little supervision.
- You also do have the ability to work on other digital assets on request.
- Working with clients and colleagues from around the world, in a time-pressured environment, you need to be flexible and have clear, fluent and open communication skills in English.
- In addition to design skills, you have a positive attitude with a "can do" mentality, who feels confident in tackling big projects as part of an international team of Monks.
