As a Junior Designer, you will be responsible for assisting in the creation and development of design projects under the guidance of senior designers. You will contribute to various design tasks, ranging from concept development to final execution, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with the client's vision and company objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**: Design Development: Assist in the creation of design concepts and layouts for various projects, including digital, print, and multimedia. Collaboration: Work closely with senior designers, project managers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions. Revisions and Feedback: Implement revisions based on feedback from senior designers and clients, ensuring that all changes align with project goals. Research and Inspiration: Conduct research to gather inspiration and stay updated on current design trends, techniques, and technologies. Asset Management: Organize and manage design assets, ensuring that all files are properly labeled, stored, and accessible to the team. Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed, contributing to discussions and providing support in communicating design

**Requisitos**:
**Requirements**: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a design role, preferably in a professional setting. Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. Ability to take direction and work collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
