**Responsibilities**:

- Design visually striking cobranding materials such as product packaging, promotional materials, and merchandise, while maintaining brand consistency for both collaborating entities.
- Create captivating graphics, images, and videos for various social media platforms, staying updated with trends and best practices to create content that resonates with our target audience and boosts engagement.
- Develop visually appealing templates and layouts for internal documentation, presentations, and reports that effectively convey information to stakeholders, collaborating with different departments to understand their design requirements and ensuring that internal materials reflect the company's brand image.
- Maintain consistency in design elements, color schemes, and typography across all marketing materials, ensuring they align with the company's brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the web development and marketing teams to create visually appealing graphics and imagery for the company's website, ensuring that website materials are consistent with the brand's visual identity and align with the overall marketing strategy.
- Design visually impactful presentations for internal and external use, including sales pitches, client meetings, and company-wide updates.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of comprehensive brand guidelines that encompass visual elements, brand voice, and tone.
- Collaborate with a team of creatives and strategists on marketing campaign planning and implementation.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest design and current competitors trends, technology advancements, and industry best practices is essential to ensure the company's designs remain fresh and relevant.
- See projects through the whole creative lifestyle, from inception to deployment. Ability to conceptualize and develop innovative and visually captivating design solutions that align with the company's brand identity and overall marketing goals.

**Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Strong artistic and creative abilities, with an eye for detail and a keen sense of aesthetics.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Knowledge of current design trends, industry standards, and best practices.
- Experience in various design mediums, including print, digital, and multimedia.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work and demonstrating technical skills and creativity.
- Proven work experience as a production artist, graphic designer, or similar. A portfolio of completed graphics and designs.

**Technical skills**
- Adobe Creative Suite: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign
- Knowledge of UX principles and user-centric design to create visually pleasing and user-friendly digital experiences.
- Proficiency in creating visually compelling presentations using tools like Microsoft PowerPoint or Apple Keynote
- Knowledge of various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and their specific design requirements.
- Strong image editing skills to retouch, manipulate and optimize images for various marketing materials.
- Knowledge of print design principles, including resolution, color modes and file formats, for producing high-quality print materials.
