Este puesto tiene el objetivo de realizar todas las tareas operativas utilizando la plataforma de Kilimo. Es un rol que requiere un 100% de trabajo de análisis de información y trabajo operativo en forma remota (bajo la modalidad Work from Home), trabajando en conjunto con el equipo de Agronomist Success para dar soporte a nuestros clientes en Latinoamérica.

**Responsabilidades**
- Realizar altas de clientes nuevos en la plataforma, lo cual implica crearles usuario, dibujar los polígonos/lotes, definir cultivo y profundidad de balance, cargar muestras de suelo y humedad, cargar precipitación del sistema de riego, etc.)
- Trabajar en conjunto con el equipo de Agronomist Success, para recopilar e interpretar la información de clientes nuevos para realizar las altas.
- Realizar las tareas operativas inherentes a los clientes en funcionamiento (ejemplo: filtro de imágenes NDVI, modificación de sectores de riego y actualización de cultivos, altas y bajas de temporadas, etc), asegurando el correcto funcionamiento de la plataforma e identificando y resolviendo inconvenientes que surjan y/o que sean reportados por el equipo de Agronomist Success.
- Recopilar y procesar datos para colaborar con la generación de informes de final de temporada, que serán presentados por el equipo de Agronomist Success al cliente.
- Recopilar y procesar datos para colaborar con la generación de informes especiales para clientes (ejemplo informes de ahorros parciales, informes de análisis de imágenes satelitales).
- Crear y/o actualizar bases de datos, con información descargada de la plataforma, para su visualización a través de Data Studio o gráficos dinámicos para mostrar a clientes. Colaborar con la recopilación y procesamiento de datos de riegos/lluvias y su estandarización a planillas modelo utilizando herramientas de Google Workspace (data entry).

**Expectativas del puesto**

En la primera semana, esperamos que:

- Aprendas sobre la Cultura y la Visión de Kilimo
- Conozcas la plataforma de Kilimo y te interiorices sobre la funcionalidad de tu rol Conozcas el contexto de nuestro clientes, la información que manejaras y el equipo que le da soporte (Agronomy Success)

En el primer mes, esperamos que:

- Aprendas a manejar la plataforma de Kilimo, para dar altas de manera completa.
- Aprendas a realizar las tareas operativas de la plataforma inherentes a los clientes en funcionamiento, identificando y reportando inconsistencias o falta de datos.
- Generes autonomía y criterio para trabajar, respondiendo a los pedidos del equipo de Customer Support y Agronomy Success. Muestres aptitudes para trabajar con bases de datos de manera eficiente.

En los primeros tres meses, esperamos que:

- Realices tu trabajo de acuerdo a la cultura de Kilimo.
- Resuelvas las tareas operativas de la plataforma con efectividad, con foco en altas y mantenimiento de cuentas en funcionamiento.
- Tengas criterio y agilidad para recopilar y procesar datos que permitan generar información de interés que pueda ser compartida al cliente (informes finales y especiales) Trabajes de manera alineada y en conjunto con el equipo de Agronomy Success e interactúes fluidamente con otros miembros de Kilimo.

**Requisitos**:

- Ser **estudiante **de carreras afínes a Agronomía/Cs. Ambientales en la **Universidad SXII.**:

- Disponibilidad horaria de 20 horas semanales, de lunes a viernes.
- Tener un perfil tecnológico y orientado al análisis y procesamiento de datos.
- Espíritu emprendedor y habilidades blandas como comunicación y trabajo en equipo pero con autonomía.
- Actitud proactiva y con gran atención al detalle.
- Conocimiento en herramientas como Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, My Maps), QGis, Excel, Data Studio, entre otras.
