Dirigir y coordinar las estrategias comerciales del Hotel, impulsando al Equipo de Reservas y utilizando todas las herramientas para maximizar la ocupación y las ventas del Hotel. Coordinar al Equipo de Agentes de Reservas, distribuyendo tareas. Trabajar en equipo con el Departamento de Ventas optimizando el revenue de grupos, convenios corporativos y de tour operadores. Realizar el control de toma de reservas y venta directa. Presupuestar, fijar restricciones y precios de ventas. Manejar todos los sistemas de distribución para los diferentes segmentos de mercado y aplicar la estrategia en los sistemas de distribución. Generar y analizar reportes diarios, semanales, mensuales y anuales. Análisis de la competencia. Confeccionar presupuesto.

**Requisitos**:
**Estudios a fines**: Administración Hotelera / Turismo. Experiência comprobable en la posición mínimo 2 años. Conocimiento en sistema opera y Microsoft Office. Inglés Nível Advanced.
