Your day to day
- You will oversee the roadmap’s definition for all IT Commercial services in scope along with the business’ senior management team to understand their requirements and communicate new features to all partners, leading the implementation of B2B and B2C solutions aligned with company's local and global omnichannel strategies.
- Be responsible for the portfolio of IT Commercial services under your team’s responsibility to ensure functional and technical evolution of these solutions.
- Participate in strategic discussions and manage the total budget associated with the projects by following financial guidelines and regular reporting.
- Service Management: Coordinate end-to-end activation of a certain set of features, always ensuring SLA and security, measurement, metrics, and improvement cycles are in place.
- Assess team maturity and synergy on periodic basis, mentoring team members where needed and removing any roadblocks to keep the delivery momentum.
Who we’re looking for
- An experienced leader with demonstrated skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and growing transparency.
- End-to-end experience in large scale projects for digital B2C/B2B businesses, providing complex solutions, eCommerce, customer care, CRM, Data (SnowFlake, Matillion, data governance) and Electronic Invoice solutions.
What's nice to have
- Experience in Cloud Technology, Software Architecture (Microservices, CI/CD, DevOps), SaaS and API Integration technologies with MuleSoft.
- Knowledge of agile tools and techniques like: Kanban, Design Thinking, Burndown techniques, and Retrospective formats.
- Experience with service management frameworks (ITIL) and vendor management.
- Professional scrum certification (Product owner, Scale, Agile Leadership) and Project management certification (PMP).
