**The Market Access Sr. Manager's main responsibilities will include**:
Contributing to the profitable growth of the business:
- Optimize the access of the prioritized products in the Key HMOs & Prepaid
- Develop networks within the Key HMOs & Prepaid and work collaboratively with them to ensure sustainable access
- Must understand the needs of each key account, the decision-making process, who is who within the key account, who are other key stakeholders (other HMOs, scientific societies, HTA agencies, national and international guidelines, etc.) for the creation of integrated plans
- Generate the objectives, strategies and tactics to do in each Key Accounts
- Present scientific information + Value Proposition + HE data of our products
- Work early with the new products in order to ensure faster inclusion in the HMOs
- Develop new ways of reimbursement through innovative contracts with the objective of accelerating the inclusion of new products.
- Promote the value of the innovation in the whole Health Care System
- Interact with internal stakeholders in order to implement the objectives of each key account (Medical, Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc) & stimulate networking.
**Requirements**:
**Experience**:At least 3 years in an Access position or somewhere related in the Health Care System
**Education**: College degree in Health Science, Economy, Marketing, Business Administration, Accountant, Attorney, Engineer
