**THREE-MONTH MATERNITY COVER. REMOTE WORK.** We're looking for an insightful and proactive person with great coordination skills and the ability to convert client requirements into actionable tasks for the design team. You will manage client expectations, follow up on production and do quality control to ensure that all objectives and design requirements are met with impeccable attention to detail and on time.

You will commonly coordinate design projects such as presentations, brochures, guidebooks, social media assets, digital adverts, interactive reports, creative campaign activation plans, business strategies, visual identity, branding, amongst others.

**Responsibilities**:

- Keep great communication with clients and team members
- Analyse information carefully to define requirements and tasks
- Associate and line up requirements by projects, programs or campaigns to ensure consistency across all deliverables
- Allocate tasks and oversee production
- Prepare files for design production
- Debrief and clarify information to the design team
- Coordinate production to optimise production time across time zones
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills
- Identify and execute the development of assets and resources that help improve the readiness of the design team
- Constantly improve internal processes
- Create and/or adjust digital assets to support delivery cycles

**Qualifications**:

- Language: English proficiency
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Management or Graphic Design
- 3+ years of experience with design teams
- Highly skilled in MS Office and MS Teams
- Experience using design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Intermediate or advanced PowerPoint design skills

**Job Type**: Temporary

**Salary**: $350,000.00 - $430,000.00 per month

- Buenos Aires, Buenos Aires: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
