**Objective**

Lead the team of Oral Care professionals in the region, implementing new recommendation strategies and designing new opportunities to raise the quality of dental visits.
- Lead the CS dental visit team with the objective of generating demand in the pharmacies channel and sales to dental houses.
- Develop training for the OCC Cono Sur team to increase the skills of the team and the quality of the dental visit.
- Develop and manage relationships between the company and major customers for oral care products in private practices, public clinics, hospital clinics, and advocacy clinics.
- Responsible for the updated segmentation of the dental bases in the region, and the effective execution of the coverage and frequency of dental visits.
- Work closely with the pharmacy team to ensure that the demand generation model is executed correctly in the POS.
- Design and implement demand generation tools, messages, and programs to strengthen the business skills of Colgate's OCC team.
- Responsible for the implementation of the sampling strategy.
- Monitor budget, usage, recommendation goals, and other goals, and take timely action to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and develop a strong OCC team and maintain a motivating work environment.
- Oversee team dynamics, ensuring the team is operating efficiently and effectively
- Review coverage and professional plans for OCC, ensuring optimal deployment of resources and quality planning for all visits.
- Design reports to monitor the performance and effectiveness of the OCC team.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience
- Previous work experience in Marketing / Sales
- Previous experience as an OCC/Detailer in a dental, pharmaceutical or other health related industry desirable
- Previous experience working with dental or pharmaceutical distributors"
