We welcome **passionate** warriors and are currently looking for a **Sponsorships Coordinator.**

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Research and analyze possible sponsorship opportunities that are relevant to the organization, whether it is in the form of events, programs, projects or other activities
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring that both parties understand and meet expectations and requirements
- Prepare sponsorship proposals aligned with the objectives and values of the company
- Ensure that all the commitments stated in the sponsorship agreements are properly fulfilled by both parties, including monitoring the agreed activities, delivery of benefits and the resolution of any problems or conflicts that may arise
- Organize and coordinate logistics related to sponsored events or activities. This may include the coordination of spaces, promotional materials, advertisments, presence on social networks, among others
- Carry out periodic evaluations of sponsorships and their results, both qualitative and quantitative, including the return on investment for sponsors and the effectiveness of the sponsorship strategies implemented
- Report on sponsorship activities, including results, performance, impact and recommendations to improve future sponsorship partnerships
- Minimum experience of 3 years in similar roles in the region (LatAm)
- Avid consumer of sports content and active involvement in it
- Strong social-networking and interpersonal skills to ensure long-lasting sponsorship agreements
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Spanish
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with contract and legal agreement design for sponsorship relationships
