**Capgemini is seeking a talented Financial Planning Analyst for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier.**

**Location: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia or Mexico.**

As a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst at our Client, you will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and projecting quarterly and annual financial plan data for Group reporting. Additionally, you will produce monthly budget monitoring reports for review by the Budget Committee, providing detailed expense ratio analysis for all Management Company functions. You will also play a crucial role in determining the current year financial statement impact for all special project submissions and monitoring the spending on all approved projects. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders across the organization.

**Requirements**:
The key actitivites to be performed in this position include:

- Analyze, interpret, and project quarterly and annual financial plan data for Group reporting.
- Produce monthly budget monitoring reports for Budget Committee review, providing detailed expense ratio analysis for all Management Company functions.
- Determine the current year financial statement impact for all special project submissions, reviewing and monitoring the spending on all approved projects.
- Perform other accounting studies and projects as assigned.
- Produce the annual financial plan presented to the Board of Directors and Group, providing estimated revenues, taxes, and non-operating income and expenses used in developing the corporate plan.
- Maintain systematic flow of budget requests and budget deviation materials from Service Centers to Home Office personnel.
- Correspond regularly with all Service Center Accounting Managers, Budget Representatives, and Home Office Accounting personnel on budget and coding matters, as well as accounting entries and procedures.
- Aid all Budget Representatives with USER ID access problems and provide assistance with all budget problems and requests made.
- Develop and maintain the salary diskette used in the year-end budget process and handle all technical matters on the Excel version of this program, including developing procedures and fielding questions, problems, etc., from Budget Reps.
- Ensure timely compliance with all quarterly and annual reporting requirements to Group through CORMIS and provide backup assistance to Manager of Forecasting and Financial Analysis for Quarterly Peer Group reporting to management.
- Provide SAP expertise on various budget issues.
- Assist the Corporate Budget Manager in the completion of special projects as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data, perform quantitative analysis, and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in financial planning and analysis.
- Experience with financial reporting systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Hyperion) is a plus.
